RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Manage end-to-end operations of short- and long-term rental properties, with a focus on vacation rentals such as Airbnb;

·         Maintain strong relationships with property owners, guests, vendors, insurance providers, and building administrations;

·         Develop pricing strategies based on market analysis;

·         Manage and analyze cash flow;

·         Prepare accounting reports and oversee the companies’ bookkeeping;

·         Collaborate closely with the finance team to ensure accurate financial planning and reporting.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

MUST HAVE:

·         Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field;

·         At least 4 years of experience in property management, particularly in vacation or residential rentals;

·         Solid knowledge of financial management applied to real estate;

·         Strong analytical skills, organizational abilities, and excellent communication.

·         Advanced English (will be assessed during the interview);

NICE TO HAVE:

·         International experience;

·         Familiarity with platforms such as Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, etc.;

·         Knowledge of property management software.
