 RESPONSIBILITIES

Market Research and Analysis

• Support discovery research by analyzing trends, pricing, competition, and customer needs.
• Attend meetings with internal and external stakeholders to gather insights and align expectations.
• Assist in collecting and analyzing data to inform strategic decisions.

Documentation and Process Organization

• Document requirements, processes, and user feedback in a structured manner.
• Contribute to the creation of workflows and processes related to products.
• Update and maintain CRM and other documentation in an organized and up-to-date manner.

Reports and Metrics

• Collaborate in creating dashboards and reports to monitor product performance and metrics.
• Contribute to the preparation of strategic presentations to support decision-making within the team.

Communication and Team Alignment

• Act as a bridge between operational areas and the Product team, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
• Work closely with Projects, Tech, Processes, and Marketing teams to ensure the execution of initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

MUST HAVE:

• Basic knowledge of innovation and product development frameworks, such as Lean, Double Diamond, Design Sprint, and Design Thinking.
• Basic understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and product roadmaps.
• Good organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English.

 NICE TO HAVE:

• Desired to have experience in Figma
• Desired to speak Spanish
• Desired to have experience in products
