RESPONSIBILITIES
· Analyze, diagnose, organize, prioritize, and implement process improvements, contributing to efficiency and quality in deliverables.
· Collect and document functional and non-functional requirements from stakeholders, ensuring that proposed solutions align with the organization's expectations and needs.
· Map, analyze, and redesign business processes using appropriate tools and methodologies (BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma, among others).
· Develop descriptive documents for operational procedures (AS IS, IS, and TO BE versions); create flow diagrams and document business processes using modeling tools to visualize, formalize, and communicate how processes should function according to the organization's objectives.
· Ensure smooth change management related to the implementation of new solutions and processes, supporting user acceptance.
· Provide analytical support and insights to assist in strategic decision-making related to projects, including resource allocation, initiative prioritization, and ROI assessment.
· Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented processes, suggesting continuous improvements and adjusting solutions as needed.
· Conduct surveys, planning, and validation of the quality of implemented improvements
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
MUST HAVE:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields.
· Minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience as a Process Analyst or similar roles, focusing on analysis, continuous improvement, and advanced knowledge of Problem-Solving methodologies.
· Advanced knowledge of process modeling tools, continuous improvement methodologies, and familiarity with Agile frameworks.
· Experience in mapping and improving operational processes, as well as project management.
· Advanced English (will be assessed during the interview).
· Ability to work collaboratively in a team, as well as independently, in a dynamic environment.
· Proactive and solution-oriented attitude, with a mindset focused on continuous improvement.
· Strong ability to build effective working relationships and collaborate with various teams and departments.
NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience with specific project management tools (Trello, Asana, ClickUp, Project, Kanban, among others).
- Proficiency in data analysis and KPI tools, including Power BI or similar.
