RESPONSIBILITIES

Software Engineering 

·         Write high-quality, well-documented, efficient, tested, and maintainable code 

·         Ensure and enhance observability and monitoring of applications 

·         Proactively focus on improving technical aspects, standards, and overall team quality 

·         Learn new programming languages as needed 

·         Actively work on improving application security, performance, and stability 

·         Conduct (and receive) high-quality code reviews for team members 

Design & Architecture 

·         Provide technical influence by contributing to well-founded discussions and aiming for objective and simple solutions 

·         Propose architectural solutions while collaborating with and guiding team members to ensure both functional and non-functional requirements are met 

Execution & Results 

·         Estimate and plan deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and the product team 

·         Work with loosely defined or ambiguous requirements to refine solutions alongside the product team, stakeholders, and other team members 

·         Develop incremental solutions with the product team to drive continuous improvement and delivery of applications 

·         Prioritize automated testing, including E2E tests, to ensure application stability 

·         Monitor and respond to incidents in production applications 

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

MUST HAVE:

·         Advanced English (will be assessed during the interview);

·         Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, related fields, or equivalent practical experience 

·         Professional experience in software engineering with JavaScript (or TypeScript) 

·         Experience with technologies such as React, Next.js, AWS, and design systems 

·         Experience in architecture and development of distributed systems 

·         Experience with design tools like Figma 

·         Strong ability to communicate clearly and effectively 

·         Experience in writing automated tests for frontend service

NICE TO HAVE:

·         Experience in developing projects from scratch, including architecture definition and documentation 

·         Knowledge of building low- or high-fidelity screen prototypes 

·         Experience with CI/CD pipelines for frontend using GitHub Actions and AWS
